The Hope Valley is a contender, surely, as one of the prettiest of all the valleys in the the UK. Set at the edge of the Dark Peak(s) in Derbyshire, it is a magnet for tourists and locals alike. I am, I suppose, considered a local these days as I live in Sheffield. And if you are a local then you'll know what the the little tower in the midground represents. It's not beautiful but we love it anway!
Size: 6”x 6”(15cms x 15cms) excluding frame, 8”x 8”(20.5cms x 20.5cms) including window mount. Media: Acrylic on 300gsm hot press watercolour paper, finished with polymer varnish to archive standard. Presented in a soft white, card window mount. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
