Afternoon, Durham Cathedral from the Wear ii

This view of the Cathedral with the boathouse below is probably the most famous and iconic view of Durham Cathedral. The  Church and the Castle and the areas in between make up the site of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. But to me, it's just the most beautiful place in the world. In fact, in travelling to other countries and cities and in coming across another great church I am often to be heard saying "call that a Cathedral?"
