Curbar Edge is in The Dark Peak area of the The Peak District National Park. These are the bare facts but the fascination for it lies in the endlessly changing weather, the gritstone that characterise it and the miles of moorland that go on as far as the eye can see. It is evocative and iconic and I believe that most people who visit, recognise it in their soul. There is something deeply primal that resonates deep within and somehow, it is comforting.
