Not Le Havre but Venice. Impression, Sunset.

A (very) cheeky nod to Claude Monet's painting "Impression, Sunrise" which is credited with being the piece that gave the impressionists they're name. Whilst I never paint 'en plain air' (outdoors) as Monet did, I am nevertheless indebted to him (as must by hundreds of thousands of artists all over the globe), for the bravura brushstrokes and the passion for colour. I hope you will forgive the citation.
